The MexiCali Street Salad is a spicy, Baja inspired, fusion of roasted corn, black bean and vegetable medley on shredded waves of lettuce. A heap of pico and a mound of guac, surround battered fish with a squeeze of aioli sauce. One bite… you’re hooked!

El Fuego Chick’n Bowl is only for the bowl’d. If you like it hot, this could be love. Grilled chicken atop a crater of Spanish rice, roasted corn, black beans, and veggies. Sour cream and guac will ease the heat but don’t forget a spoon, you’ll want every last bite.
