A New Twist: Bowl-Rito

Love the classics? Here’s one for the bowl lovers… to roll, or not to roll?

Are you a creative eater or adventurous foodie? Twisters Menu offers the flexibility to experiment with the taste experience, allowing you to create the perfect breakfast, lunch or dinner adventure. To get you started, we’ll share a few of our own twists on old favorites.

Our New Twist series will show you how to spice up our menu even more with just a few little changes. Consider it a secret menu with nearly limitless options. The classic burrito is always a favorite, but sometimes we are just in the mood to switch it up and have all the good stuff in a bowl. With the Bowl-Rito, it’s a win-win.

How it’s done

  1. Pick a Twister Burrito or a Breakfast Burrito. We have so many different options, you can get whatever you’re craving.
  2. Ask them to skip the tortilla and place everything in a bowl instead.
  3. If you’re feeling venturous, or even if you aren’t, ask for rice instead of potato, or get Twister (curly) Fries or Tater Gems instead of pan-fries.
  4. Don’t forget, you can add extra cheese, top it with our homemade salsa, green chile queso or get guacamole on the side! Raise the bar and the flag, eat true New Mexican and Smother Your Hunger!

For the overachievers

  1. Order Sopapillas plain. Use the contents of your Bowl-Rito to stuff, pinch, grab and mop up every last drop of enchantment.
  2. Bring the craving and we’ll add the spice. Life’s mysteries revealed; it’s how we roll… or not!
